Animal Care Center

Project included replacement of two (2) steam fired high pressure fired tube boilers (4000MBH), as well as new preheat and reheating water systems; convertors, piping, pumps and (23) new steam fired quick absorption humidifiers for animal rooms, (2) new 100% outside air handling units with new air cooled chillers, piping, pumps, storage tanks, and glycol makeup unit. The project also included an entire new HVAC system including; terminal boxes with reheats, exhaust terminal units, ductwork and exhaust fans, as well as new combustion makeup air system and fuel delivery systems. All work related to this project was completed while the building was fully occupied. Temporary HVAC was provided to facilitate the project.
