Project requires the recovery of any available heat from new Chilled Water Return lines to temper new 2” domestic water lines. This project involves the installation of new 2” Domestic Water lines, 3” Chilled Water, a dedicated heat recovery chiller, heat exchanger, buffer tank and pumps. The Rayburn House Office building is the office space for the United States House of Representatives.
