This project was a complete renovation and conversion of an existing BSL3 lab space in the basement of Building 50 to a new state of the art facility which included; all new fully welded ductwork, new terminal boxes, bubble tight fast acting dampers, DDC controls, repairs and new bio seal on the existing autoclave, new exhaust fan motors and drives, misc repairs to other base building piping and plumbing support systems and a new pass thru decon shower system.
